To the West De Pere Community,
West De Pere High School has a long and rich tradition of excellence. Over the past several years we have received recognition in the U.S. News and World Report as a "Best High School". Newsweek Magazine has also reviewed our performance in their "Best High Schools" annual selection process. Whether you focus on academics, athletics, or the fine arts, our school is among the best in Wisconsin. West De Pere serves nearly 950 students and growing in grades nine through twelve. Given that we run a five-period day with 70-minute periods, our students have an opportunity to select more classes throughout their four years of high school. Students, parents, and staff are all enthusiastic and excited about the possibilities the schedule offers. We are a state leader with the 5x3 schedule. We have assisted high schools throughout Wisconsin transition to this schedule. Students who attend West De Pere High School have the opportunity to choose from a wide array of courses and numerous opportunities to participate in over 40 different clubs, sports, and activities.
As you review the web site, please pay particular attention to our Northeast Wisconsin area leading school attendance rate, school report card, consistently high ACT scores, three time state champion marching band, two time state champion football team, and seven time state champion pom and dance team. At West De Pere High School, our students and staff are always striving for excellence.
